At checkout, you will be given the option for “Credit Card Payment” or for “Pay with an Invoice.” If “Pay with an Invoice” is selected, we will send you an invoice typically within 2 business days, and payment will be due upon receipt. Invoices can be paid by check or credit card. IEN accepts all major credit cards.

Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds
If you are unable to attend, and cancel your attendance at an event, you will be credited the amount paid toward a future IEN event. This credit must be used within one year of cancellation. The main conference sessions will be video recorded, and screenshots may be taken at any time. By agreeing to our policies, you agree that your likeness or virtual name and representation might be included in photography or video used for IEN marketing purposes.
