CPE Credit Information

Program Learning Objectives: Conference participants will gain advances knowledge of new tax legislation affecting private equity investments both domestically and abroad. They will also get relevant guidance on how to more effectively structure deals and comply with partnership audit rules and other new regulations.
Program Description: This event will primarily cover the effects of the new Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and its effect on private equity funds.  Additionally, this course will offer insightful tips and strategies to help fund tax practitioners be ready for the upcoming tax season.
