About the Facilitator

Wayne Barringer has delivered Superpowers keynote presentations at some of the industry’s most important events: HOW Design Live, IHAF Conference, ANA In-House Conferences and multiple corporate events. He led a major turnaround at the 150-person Boeing Creative Services, and has designed successful turnarounds at ad agencies, PR firms and other corporate creative teams. He has been on faculty of three major universities and is on advisory boards at the In-House Agency Forum, Texas Tech University, and the University of Washington.
