March 16, 2020 update
The health and safety of our attendees, speakers and sponsors is of paramount importance to us. Therefore, we are continuing to monitor the developments of the COVID-19 virus and the impact it may have on all who are attending.
According to the guidelines set by the CDC, we are working to postpone several of our spring events. If you are a current registrant, speaker, or sponsor, you will be hearing from us directly as soon as we have information. Otherwise, please reference each individual event for more information.
We understand the inconvenience that this situation has caused on our valued network of attendees and participants. We are working hard to mitigate the hardships, and we appreciate your patience with us during this time. We are looking forward to each rescheduled event and the rich time of networking and learning that each will provide.
March 9, 2020 update
Our events are not large tradeshows that number in the thousands, but smaller events with a hundred or so people, mostly all of whom are based in the United States. We want everyone to have a productive and healthy conference experience.
We are working with our venues to ensure that:
IEN is also asking that sponsors and exhibitors routinely disinfect your booth areas, and that all attending follow regular CDC Guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus.
